“Eating five times a day gave me tons of energy!”
I’ve noticed a huge change in my body since going on Nutrisystem, especially around my tummy and hips. I try to work out at least three times per week, but with the new baby and my ever-changing schedule, I don’t always have time to put those hours in the gym. In my opinion, eating right is 80 percent of the battle. No matter how much you work out, you have to eat the right foods or it’s not going to be effective. Thankfully, Nutrisystem takes care of that part, so at least I know I’m eating what I need to in order to get in shape, even when I don’t have time to exercise.

Coming from the modeling industry where the attention is always focused on you, I now have a chance to give myself to my son, focus solely on him and feel proud of him every day. I now know what and when to eat, plus which foods are best for me, so I can continue to eat right. I’ll probably always incorporate Nutrisystem® snacks or desserts into my diet even when I’m not fully on the program because they’re just so delicious and really curb my hunger—and any program that lets me eat chocolate every day is fine by me!

When I started Nutrisystem, my first goal was to be healthy. But as a woman I love having a small waistline and an even smaller backside. And I have to admit, thanks to Nutrisystem, I have both. I saw the success my buddy Jim Stuckey had on the program, so I gave Nutrisystem a call. Boy, am I glad I did. I lost 22 lbs.* on the program and I feel great. I haven't been this weight since I started playing pro football back in 1983. I got a variety of delicious foods to eat, and they were super easy to prepare.
